My job responsibilities
Plan, produce, and report on law enforcement safety events produced for the community; social media; community engagement; grant writing; partnership liaison; Certified Helmet Fitter; and Safety Seat Technician.
Why I joined the Coalition
As a pedestrian victim struck by a distracted driver in Orlando in 2018, with a one-year recovery, I understand the consequences of another driver’s actions. I have a vested interest in ensuring drivers eliminate distractions when driving. Teens are a very important category, as they are new drivers.

Interests outside of work
At the end of a busy day, I enjoy going home to my Whitetail Deer Farm to unwind in my deer pens. We have been in the deer farming industry for three years. I am President of 7W Whitetails, LLC. I enjoy the outdoors, hunting, fishing, the beach, and spending time with my family: husband of 34 years, five grown children, and eight amazing grandchildren (all under 5 years old), which brings a lot of energy.
Favorite song as a teenager
Anything by Phil Collins.
First car
Dodge Charger.
One tip for new teen drivers
Prepare for your travels in advance and eliminate any distractions.
