Member Bio

My job responsibilities
As a Community Health Educator, I go out into the community to educate parents, caregivers, and kids on safety and injury prevention topics to help empower them with the knowledge and resources to keep themselves and their families safe.
Why I joined the Coalition
I joined the Florida Teen Safe Driving Coalition so that I can properly educate my community on the importance of safe driving to hopefully save lives.
Professional accomplishments
After receiving my Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of North Florida, I worked as a Quality Improvement Manager for a pediatrician in Northeast Florida while completing my MPH. In August 2025, I graduated with my Master’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in epidemiology and accepted a position as a Community Health Educator with THE PLAYERS Center for Child Health led by Wolfson Children’s Hospital.
Interests outside of work
During football season, I enjoy watching both college and NFL football and playing in fantasy football leagues with friends and family. In my free time, I enjoy walking on the beach to look for shark teeth and spending time with my dog.
Favorite song as a teenager
“865” by Morgan Wallen.
First car
2008 Toyota 4Runner.
One tip for new teen drivers
Always be aware of your surroundings and the other drivers on the road. You might be a safe driver, but that does not mean everyone else is.
